In addition to working with individuals, couples and families - I have run two codependency therapy groups - one for the past 15 years and the other for the past three years. These are both closed groups of six members which meet weekly as a process group with a foundation of codependency therapy as well as to discuss different topics as they arrise.   This is a group to build on identifying and strengthening healthy boundaries, learn to confront and resolve conflict, detach with love from rescuing and dependent behaviors, focus on hopes and dreams and finding a stronger sense of self, and gain the support of others who are working on similar issues. One group meets Wed. at 6:45 - 8:15 p.m. and the other Tues. 5:20 - 6:50 p.m. - $50 per week paid at the beginning of each month.

A group is in formation for people 55+ who are asking questions of "What's next"? These questions may also include: What is the purpose of my life? What is the purpose of life in general? What do I think happens when I die? What will death be like? Is there a Higher Power (God)? Am I at a place in my life where I feel "integrity" rather than "despair"? What do I need to do with the rest of my days? Do I still have people to forgive? Have I forgiven myself?  Do I believe in Heaven or Hell or reincarnation? What else?
